With 15 years of experience as a legal professional in-house and in private practice, in corporate and commercial laws and European and Middle Eastern affairs, I acquired a diverse resumé spanning from assessing business models and leading legal aspects of M&A projects at HARTMANN Group to contract drafting and business set up advice for major US and European clients at Meyer-Reumann & Partners, Dubai, where I managed the firms head office with a head count of 15 employees.
